About the treats
Everything is baked fresh and to order in my home kitchen in Rising Fawn, Georgia. While my specialty is yeasted bread, I also make cookies, pie, biscuits, cake, cupcakes, muffins, scones, candy, pudding, et cetera, et cetera, and so on and so forth, forever and ever, amen. I haven't found anything I can't make!**Except banana bread.
About the baker
Hi, I'm Bryar "Bug" Jones! I've been baking as long as I can remember— one of my earliest memories is standing on a chair at the stove with my great-grandmother, stirring a pot of marshmallows to make rice krispies. I've always been fascinated with food science, and over the years have done dozens of experiments and hours of reading to learn more about what I love to do. When I'm not in the kitchen, I'm either outdoors with my dog, in the dance studio, or at my desk making jewelry. You can find me at The Trailhead in Rising Fawn and at Niedlov's in Chattanooga. Here are some of the goodies I sell, though this is just a small sample of my recipe book. If you want something but don't see it— cinnamon rolls instead of blossom buns, a chocolate birthday cake, a whole blueberry pie— don't hesitate to reach out!
Signature items
Blossom Buns: petal-soft dough scented with orange blossom water, layered with tangerine sugar and vanilla, twisted into a giant rosette and baked to near-perfection... then perfected with a drizzle of orange blossom glaze.
